Cancellation and Reservation Policy

Your reservation is confirmed after you submit the booking form. No online payment is taken; the full amount is payable at the venue on the day of the ceremony.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation, preferably at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Because no advance payment is collected, there is no online refund process.

Late arrival and no-shows

Please arrive by 19:00. Late admission may be delayed or refused to protect the ceremony. Unused reservations and no-shows have no cash value.

Cancellation by the organiser

If a performance is cancelled or materially rescheduled, we will contact you using the details provided. You will not be charged for a cancelled performance.
