1. Definitions
- Client / Buyer: SufiCeremony.com üzerinden dijital hizmet satın alan gerçek kişi.
- Service / Product: SufiCeremony.com tarafından sunulan online (dijital) Sufi / Whirling Dervish ceremony performances.
- Seller: Bülent Seyfi Benli (Sole Proprietorship), operating under the website www.suficeremony.com.
By completing a purchase, all Clients are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Formation of Contract
A contract between the Client and the Seller comes into force when:
- Payment is successfully completed, and
- The service is confirmed electronically (email confirmation and/or access delivery).
No employee or representative is authorized to modify these terms unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
3. Nature of the Service

- No physical product, shipment, or travel service is involved.
4. Payment & Pricing
- Payments are processed online via iyzico-supported payment methods.
- Prices are displayed on the website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Exchange rates, installment options, and bank fees are determined solely by the Client’s bank.
- The Seller is not responsible for bank-related currency differences or additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on SufiCeremony.com.
In summary:
- Refunds are available only if the service cannot be delivered due to Seller-related reasons.
- Once access to digital content or a live online ceremony is provided, no refund or right of withdrawal applies, in accordance with applicable consumer law regarding digital content.
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
6. Amendments
- Changes to the service (date/time/session) are subject to availability.
- The Seller reserves the right to reschedule or modify sessions due to technical or operational reasons.
- No guarantee is provided for amendment requests.
7. Seller’s Right to Cancel or Modify
The Seller may cancel or reschedule a service due to:
- Technical issues
- Platform outages
- Force majeure (internet disruptions, system failures, unforeseen circumstances)
In such cases, the Client will be offered:
- A refund, or
- Participation in an alternative session
8. Technical Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for their own internet connection, devices, and software.
- The Seller is not liable for issues caused by the Client’s technical infrastructure.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, visuals, texts, and performances provided via SufiCeremony.com are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Recording, copying, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
10. Photography & Recording
Recording, screen capturing, or broadcasting the online ceremony without explicit written permission from the Seller is prohibited.
11. Complaints
Any complaints related to the service must be submitted:
- In writing
- Via email
- Within a reasonable time after the service
The Seller cannot address issues that are not reported.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In case of disputes:
- Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees
- Turkish Consumer Courts
shall have jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance
By purchasing a service from www.suficeremony.com, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions electronically.
