Since the service is delivered digitally, no physical shipment or delivery applies.

5. PAYMENT METHOD

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1

• This Distance Selling Agreement

7.2

This agreement enters into force electronically upon successful payment confirmation and is sent to the BUYER via email.

7.3

The SELLER undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the information published on the website.

7.4

If the service cannot be provided due to technical problems or force majeure situations, the BUYER will be informed and offered:

• A full refund, or
• Participation in an alternative session.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Once access to the online ceremony or digital content is provided, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds are not provided after digital delivery except in cases caused by the SELLER.

9. CANCELLATION & REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• The online ceremony is canceled by the SELLER
• The service cannot be delivered due to SELLER-related technical issues
• Access information is not delivered to the BUYER

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Approved refunds are processed within 1–7 business days.

Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events such as:

• Internet outages
• Platform failures
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Technical infrastructure failures beyond reasonable control.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In case of disputes:

• Consumer Arbitration Committees
• Consumer Courts in Türkiye

shall have jurisdiction.
