3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Selling Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of digital services offered through www.suficeremony.com.
4. SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The service subject to this agreement consists of:
- Online (digital) Sufi / Whirling Dervish ceremony performances
- Delivered via live online streaming or digital access link
- Service details such as date, time, duration, and access method are specified on the product page at the time of purchase.
Since the service is delivered digitally, no physical shipment applies.
5. PAYMENT METHOD
Payments are made via online payment methods (credit/debit card or other electronic payment systems supported by iyzico).
- Payment is completed at the time of purchase.
- Installment options, interest rates, or additional charges are determined solely by the BUYER’s bank.
- The SELLER is not responsible for bank-related installment campaigns or delays.
6. DELIVERY OF SERVICE (DIGITAL DELIVERY)
- The purchased service is delivered electronically.
- Access details (live stream link or digital content) are sent to the BUYER’s email address.
- Delivery is considered complete once access information is successfully provided.
If access information cannot be delivered due to SELLER-related technical issues, the BUYER is entitled to a full refund.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1
The BUYER confirms that they have reviewed and accepted:
- The service description
- Price and payment details
- Cancellation & refund conditions
- This Distance Selling Agreement
before completing the purchase.
7.2
This agreement enters into force electronically upon payment confirmation and is sent to the BUYER via email.
7.3
The SELLER undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the information published on the website.
7.4
If the service cannot be provided due to technical issues or force majeure, the BUYER will be informed and offered:
- A refund, or
- An alternative date/session
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Digital content or services delivered electronically once access has begun.
Therefore:
- Once access to the online ceremony or digital content is provided, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
- No refunds are provided after digital delivery, except in cases caused by the SELLER.
9. CANCELLATION & REFUND CONDITIONS
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
The online ceremony is canceled by the SELLER
The service cannot be delivered due to SELLER-related technical issues
Access information is not delivered
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Approved refunds are processed within 1–7 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events such as:
- Internet outages
- Platform failures
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes:
- Turkish law shall apply
- Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Turkey are authorized
12. ACCEPTANCE
By completing the purchase on www.suficeremony.com, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Selling Agreement electronically.
