This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for online Whirling Dervish (Sufi Ceremony) performances purchased through suficeremony.com, operated by Bülent Seyfi Benli (sole proprietorship).
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Service Description
SufiCeremony.com offers online (digital) Sufi / Whirling Dervish ceremony performances, which are delivered as:
- Live online streaming or
- Digital access links (video / live session)
Once access is provided, the service is considered digitally delivered.
2. Reservation & Access Confirmation
- After successful payment, access details (link, date, time, or digital content) are sent to the customer via email.
- The service is considered confirmed once the access information is delivered.
If access details are not delivered due to a technical or operational issue, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
3. Refundable Cases
A full refund will be provided in the following situations:
The online ceremony is canceled by us
The live performance cannot take place due to technical or force majeure reasons
Access information is not delivered or cannot be used due to our fault
In such cases, the customer may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Participation in a rescheduled ceremony
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided in the following cases:
After access to the live stream or digital content has been provided
If the customer does not attend the live online ceremony (no-show)
If the customer experiences personal technical issues (internet connection, device problems, etc.)
After the live ceremony has started or digital content has been accessed
In accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Distance Sales Regulation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun.
5. Cancellation by the Customer
- Customers may request cancellation before access details are sent.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
If the request is received before access delivery, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations requested after access delivery are not refundable.
6. Cancellation by Us
SufiCeremony.com reserves the right to cancel or postpone an online ceremony due to:
- Technical issues
- Force majeure (internet outages, platform failures, unforeseen circumstances)
In such cases:
A full refund will be issued or
An alternative date/session will be offered
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 1–7 business days
- Bank and payment provider processing times may vary
- Transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable
