This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for online Whirling Dervish (Sufi Ceremony) performances purchased through www.suficeremony.com, operated by Bülent Seyfi Benli (Sole Proprietorship).

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Service Description

SufiCeremony.com provides online (digital) Sufi / Whirling Dervish ceremony performances.

Services are delivered through:

Live online streaming, or
Digital access links (video or live session)

Since the service is delivered digitally, no physical product or shipment is involved.

Once digital access is provided, the service is considered delivered.

2. Reservation & Access Confirmation

After successful payment through the PAYTR secure payment system, access details (link, date, time, or digital content) are sent to the customer via email.

The service is considered confirmed once access information has been delivered to the customer.

If access details cannot be delivered due to a technical or operational issue caused by us, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

3. Refundable Cases

A full refund will be provided in the following situations:

The online ceremony is canceled by the Seller
The live performance cannot take place due to technical issues or force majeure
Access information is not delivered due to Seller-related reasons

In such cases, the customer may choose:

A full refund, or
Participation in a rescheduled ceremony session

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided in the following cases:

After access to the live stream or digital content has been provided
If the customer does not attend the live online ceremony (no-show)
If the customer experiences personal technical issues (internet connection, device problems, etc.)
After the live ceremony has started or digital content has been accessed

In accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun.

5. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation before access details are sent.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

If the request is received before digital access is delivered, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations requested after digital access delivery are not refundable.

6. Cancellation by the Seller

SufiCeremony.com reserves the right to cancel or postpone an online ceremony due to:

Technical issues
Platform failures
Force majeure events (internet outages, system failures, unforeseen circumstances)

In such cases:

A full refund will be issued, or
An alternative date/session will be offered.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 1–7 business days.

Refunds are returned through the original payment method used via PAYTR.

Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.

Transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers may not be refundable.
